Ingredients
Green Chilli – 250 gms
Methi – 2 tsp
Saunf – 2 tsp
Kalonji – 1 tsp
Mustard – 6 tsp
HIng – 0.5 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 3 tsp
Lemon Juice – 6 whole
Oil – 1 cup/200 ml
Directions
- Wash Green chillies thoroughly in water. Wipe them with a dry cloth and keep under fan / dry in the sun
- Grind all dry ingredients
Notes
- Green chillies should be thoroughly dry and not contain even a trace of water
