Ingredients

  • Green Chilli – 250 gms

  • Methi – 2 tsp

  • Saunf – 2 tsp

  • Kalonji – 1 tsp

  • Mustard – 6 tsp

  • HIng – 0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp

  • Salt – 3 tsp

  • Lemon Juice – 6 whole

  • Oil – 1 cup/200 ml

Instructions

  • Wash Green chillies thoroughly in water. Wipe them with a dry cloth and keep under fan / dry in the sun
  • Grind all dry ingredients

Notes

  • Green chillies should be thoroughly dry and not contain even a trace of water
